Carrots and Peas

Method

  1. Fry onion until golden brown.
  2. Cut the carrots in round pieces and wash.
  3. Add carrots and peas to fried onion and stir well.
  4. Add all other ingredients and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add 225ml of water and let it simmer on a low heat until carrots are tender.
  6. Serve it hot with parathas or poories.
